Roof Leak

A roof leak is the unintended penetration of water through a roofing system into the interior structure of a building. It is one of the most common roofing issues in Vancouver due to persistent rainfall, wind-driven rain, and aging roofing materials. Leaks can originate from damaged shingles, deteriorated flashing, clogged gutters, or compromised roof membranes. Over time, even small leaks can lead to significant structural damage, including wood rot, mold growth, and insulation deterioration. Early detection and repair are critical to minimizing long-term damage and maintaining the integrity of the building envelope. Professional diagnosis is often required to locate the true source of leakage.
