Roof Coating

Roof coating is a protective liquid-applied layer that forms a seamless membrane over an existing roof surface. It helps extend roof lifespan by improving waterproofing, UV resistance, and thermal reflectivity. Roof coatings are commonly used on flat and low-slope roofs to prevent leaks and reduce heat absorption. They can be silicone, acrylic, or elastomeric based, depending on application requirements. In Vancouver’s climate, roof coatings are useful for preventing moisture damage and improving energy efficiency in both residential and commercial buildings.
