Drip Edge Metal

Drip edge metal is a specialized flashing installed along roof edges to direct water away from the fascia and into gutters. It protects the underlying roof deck from moisture damage and prevents water from seeping beneath roofing materials. In Vancouver, where rainfall is frequent, drip edge metal is a critical component of a complete roofing system. It enhances water management, reduces rot risk, and improves overall roof durability.
